127 Manta catamarans were built in Florida between 1994 and 2009. The boats were intended for couples who wanted to live aboard and cruise on blue water. Some say the Manta is one of the more comfortable cruising catamarans to this day, with spacious accommodations, refined decks, and high-quality construction. All Mantas are solid glass below the waterline for safety and offer Nida Core coring above the waterline for lightweight, durable, moisture resistant construction. Mantas are very well regarded and capable offshore catamarans (several have circumnavigated), which are easily single-handed.
