Nonexclusive - Boat sales are available for a $150 dollar upfront listing fee and 8% from the final sales price.  Dominion Yachts will advertise your boat here and on YachtWorld, Boat trader, Boats.com, Iboats, Boatoodle, Salty Dog Magazine, & Ebay websites.  Our featured websites get over 6.2 million viewers every month. We will take photos, video, and create a detailed text presenting all the specifications of your boat.  Boat owners are responsible for showing, cleaning and maintaining their boats for all potential purchasers. We prepare the final sales contract and bill of sale for all our nonexclusive listings agreements. Sea trials and marine surveys shall only be performed upon ratification to sales contract and receipt of earnest money deposit.

     Our Nonexclusive sales commission structure is much lower than the others. This in turn allows our sellers and buyers to save money. Sellers can then choose to price their boat more competitively.  Which provides buyers a clear reason to pick our boats over the rest. 

We use specific pay-per-click marketing campaigns with powerful search engines such as google, yahoo, and aol.  Dominion Yachts participates in Boat Shows and Nautical Festivals as well as direct marketing to marinas, boat owners and boater supply groups.  This ensures our boat listings gain more exposure to all potential buyers.
